For Customers in India
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is visibly damaged upon delivery.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Minor color variations due to screen settings.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Incorrect size selection (where applicable).
Unboxing Video Requirement
To request a return or replacement, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete opening process.
- The product and its condition upon receipt.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
For International Customers
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of international shipping, STARSEE does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
If you receive:
- A damaged product,
- The wrong product, or
- A product with a manufacturing defect,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

The unboxing video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete opening process.
- The product and its condition upon receipt.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Important Notes
- All return or replacement requests are subject to verification by STARSEE.
- Products must not be used, altered, or intentionally damaged.
- STARSEE reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Failure to provide the required information may affect the processing of your claim.
Refunds
For Customers in India
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, STARSEE may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
For International Customers
Due to international shipping costs and customs procedures, refunds are generally not available for international orders.
If your claim is approved, STARSEE may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:
- A replacement product
- A partial or full refund (where applicable)
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please Note: Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (for both Indian and International customers):
- Change of mind
- Personal preference

- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
