Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable laws.
For International Customers
Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing preferences, or dissatisfaction with appearance. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at starsee.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging.
- A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package, the opening process, and the product received.
Failure to provide the required evidence within the specified time may result in your claim being rejected.
After reviewing your claim, STARSEE reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, refund, or any other appropriate resolution will be provided.
